The best place to start your walks is at the seafront in the centre of Largs. As well as plenty of places for an early lunch or coffee, there is a convenient car park at the front across from Nardini's. There are toilets adjacent to the car park. The various paths at Largs are indicated on an Information Board located at the south side of the car park. The starting point is also convenient for visitors arriving by rail, bus and ferry.
